Last week Abby attended three days of Girl Scout Camp with her best friend Kelsey. They are both in the same Daisy Troop and Abby loves it. However, she was a bit disappointed that Girl Scout Camp didn't have fishing and swimming like Boy Scout Camp did the week before! Next year, I plan to sign her up for Boy Scout Sibling Camp on the days John volunteers.
By the way, guess who they asked to be the cookie mom? Cookies anyone?

Hey, come on over and I'll buy some cookies. :) We don't get Girl Scouts selling cookies in our neighborhood. Mostly, I see them sometimes outside of stores, and I never have cash on hand (or the need for calories, though that hasn't stopped me yet!)
Is it a sleep-away camp? My friend who runs the Boys and Girls club invited Penelope to their annual camp, but I declined. I thought Penelope was a bit young to sleep-away. Am I too hesitant?
They had an overnight camp and a day camp. I signed her up for the day camp and would have signed her up for the overnight only if I was planning to go or her friend's mom was planning to go. I will let her go when she is older. So, I do not think you are too hesitant.
Are they really still selling cookies this late in the year, or are you assigned to take over for next Spring?
If you have them for this season, I'll buy some when I come to visit. I missed out on them here in March.
